Meditation is the key to understanding ourselves and understanding the real nature of our problems. Discover what meditation is and how it can help you in your daily life.

This class is suitable for beginners – everyone welcome.

  • How to be peaceful

Kelsang Dandul.jpgThe teacher is Kelsang Dandul, an Australian -born Buddhist monk, who teaches in plain english. He has studied Buddhism in Australia and the UK and teaches profound subjects in a light and skilful way.

Gen Rabten has visited Adelaide many times and is fondly remembered for his profound teachings and his warmth and humour. Don’t miss this experienced and engaging teacher this March.

Study Programme

Our in-depth study programme will be starting in 2010. The Foundation Programme is a chance to study Buddhist teachings in a systematic and thorough way. Every Sunday morning we will go through ’8 Steps to Happiness’, a wonderful book that clearly explains the methods to lead a meaningful and contented life.
