Come along for an introduction to meditation and a chance to try a simple meditation on the breath. There will be books and CDs available for purchase. If you're interested in finding out about meditation then this is the perfect opportunity.
Free tea and coffee are available and there will be chairs provided.
There is no charge for this talk and no need to register or book, simply come along on the night. Call 08 7423 0203 with any questions.

Finding the venue
Blackwood Uniting Church is at 266 Main Road, on the corner of Main Road and Coromandel Parade. It is near the big roundabout in the heart ofBlackwood's shopping area, a few minutes walk from the train station. Visit the Metro Journey Planner for routes and times. Finding the room
Blackwood Uniting Church has a number of rooms. The room we use is the Aldersgate, on the right hand side of the main building (circled below). It has its own door you can use instead of the Church's main entrance.
