Drop-in Meditation Classes in Adelaide

These informal drop-in meditation classes are the ideal way to learn how to meditate. Each week we discover Buddhist approaches and meditation techniques to tackle the challenges of life and practice training the mind in a relaxing, supportive and casual environment.

The meditation classes start at 7.30pm and finish at 9pm. We recommend being there 10 minutes early so you can get settled and relax before the meditation class begins.

No meditation experience is necessary and everyone is welcome. No registration required, just turn up on the night. Each meditation talk is a part of a series and yet self-contained. You can drop into the series anytime and still feel that you have something worthwhile to take home with you. You can enjoy learning the fundamentals of Buddhist meditation and spend some time reducing stress and improving your mind with like minded people.

There is facility fee for each class to pay for petrol, publicity and venue hire. Classes consist of a simple breathing meditation, a teaching, a concluding guided meditation and discussion time, followed by refreshments.
